The Terra-Cotta Soldier received 4 1/2 stars out of 5 on the FXhome Cinema! (you can rate it there too!) "I really enjoyed this film.... Again a very big well done to all of you! This must have been lots of fun to make. The locations were good, your brothers acted very well. Normally children in fan films don't really work or make it too silly. Your brothers however tried really hard to act well. You said the river scene was not as good quality as the rest of the film. It didn't matter and I think it had some of the funniest bit. The wet lightsaber was great. I wasn't sure about the ending, but then how would you have done a scene on Coruscant?" --Junuc Kleen "I have to say I was...very very impressed with the acting, never before have I seen a group of...10? 11 year olds? fight so good like that. I've only ever seen them gently tapping weapons but this one you were actually fighting. Great work! The main acting though although a little weak in places but great everywhere else. I have to admit the river fight part with the nazi made me chuckle a bit when I saw the Jedi "Jack" Trying to get the water out of the sabre with a "I'll be their in a second dude" face. All in all a very well made film which I guess the kids enjoyed making and I guess the only four adults did too. As others have said, most films fall apart at child acting, however you actors performed wonderfully. I found the story line fun to follow, and it honestly kept me very interested. My screen-saver came on when they were running from the building and I lurched forward at the surprise. Yes, the lightsaber in the river was quite amusing.... This is really something to be proud of. Visual effects, grading, storyline, acting, most editing was all very well done.
